  1. ENSURE THAT ANGELES CITY WILL BE DRUG-CLEARED

    1. Establishment of functional Barangay Drug Anti-Drug Abuse Councils throughout the city’s 33 barangays;
    2. Establishment of community-based reformation center that will provide trainings and livelihood for drug law offenders;
    3. Encourage and mobilize SK officials to become active anti-drug advocates;
    4. Implement a unified drug advocacy program for the youth
  2. ACCESS TO BETTER PUBLIC HEALTH

    1. Strengthen and revitalize the city’s rural health units to make the delivery of city health services more efficient and more accessible to the people;
    2. Provide free mandatory annual physical examinations and other medical-related benefits for Senior Citizens of Angeles City;
    3. Establish a Newborn Screening Center in Angeles City to ensure the effective implementation of Republic Act 9709, otherwise known as the ‘Universal Newborn Hearing Screening and Intervention Act of 2009”;
    4. Improve and increase rural health facilities, especially free medicines;
    5. Improvement of services and facilities of ONA, including the provision for medical supplies.
  3. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT

    1. Strict implementation of ordinance banning the use of plastic bags and Styrofoam;
    2. Establishment of sanitary landfill in Angeles City;
    3. Promote waste segregation at source.
  4. EDUCATION

    1. Provide free college education for underprivileged students by giving full subsidy to tuition fees of City College of Angeles (CCA);
    2. Grant a ‘non-wage’ benefit to all public school teachers, in the form of free tertiary education at the City College of Angeles (CCA) for one (1) of their dependents;
    3. Proper use of the Local School Board Budget (LSB) fund without increasing Real Property Tax or Assessment;
    4. Maximize the use of LSB in:
      1. Purchase of additional land for schools;
      2. Construction of buildings;
      3. Purchase of educational equipment; and
      4. Purchase of school furniture and fixtures.
  5. YOUTH AND SPORTS DEVELOPMENT

    1. Develop a comprehensive youth and sports development program for Angeles City;
    2. Tap schools to integrate sports and development program into their curriculum to discover athlete students with potential in the field of basketball, volleyball, table tennis, swimming, etc.
  6. INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT

    1. Construction of overpasses to ease traffic congestion;
    2. Develop secondary road networks;
    3. Establishment of permanent and ideal public transport terminals.
